Stonelux TRADE Registration - Terms & Conditions

By applying for the Stonelux Limited Trade Discount, the applicant acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The Trade Discount automatically applies at checkout for online orders. If a unique Trade Discount code has been issued, it may be used during checkout or quoted when placing a telephone order.

The level of the Trade Discount is determined by a discount structure, which is related to the total value of net monthly purchases. A copy of the structure is available upon request.

The Trade Discount will be subject to review and may be discontinued if no orders are placed within a 12-month period.

The Trade Discount cannot be applied retrospectively, nor combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

The Trade Discount is valid for orders placed by the holder of the primary email address provided in the application. Additional email addresses can be added to the Trade Discount code upon request to Stonelux Limited.

The Trade Discount is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not for resale.

Stonelux Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the Trade Discount program or the percentage of the discount without prior notice.

Stonelux Limited also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Orders placed using the Trade Discount are subject to Stonelux Limited’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available upon request.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Confidentiality of pricing and discount information is imperative, and the applicant agrees not to disclose this information to third parties.

Returns or exchanges of products purchased with the Trade Discount are subject to Stonelux Limited’s standard returns policy.

The Trade Discount is applicable to in-stock items and does not guarantee the availability of all products at all times.

The applicant's account and compliance with these terms will be periodically reviewed, which may influence their continued participation in the Trade Discount program.
