Hours: 36 hours per week - Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment and Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role, central to the smooth running of our warehouse and dispatch operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched on time and to the high standards that define the Stonelux name.

As part of a small, close-knit team, you will also be expected to support wider warehouse and production activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in line with company standards
• Prepare shipping labels and liaise with couriers to ensure timely collection and delivery
• Label products correctly for dispatch or stock storage
• Monitor and manage stock levels of products and packing materials
• Receive, inspect and check incoming deliveries against order specifications
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritise out-of-stock items for prompt dispatch
• Conduct quality checks throughout the packing process to ensure all orders leave in perfect condition
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work area in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Provide support across other warehouse and production functions as needed
  

This role involves regular manual handling, including lifting boxes weighing up to 16kg. You will be on your feet for the majority of the working day.

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse, production or dispatch environment is advantageous, though not essential. We are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong work ethic, a conscientious approach and a genuine commitment to reliability.

• Physically fit, with the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 16kg and remain on your feet for the majority of the working day
