Stonelux 10-Year Product Guarantee

At Stonelux, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable products that you can use with confidence. Selected Stonelux products are covered by our 10-year product guarantee against specified failures caused by manufacturing defects.

The guarantee covers The Stone Range, Windowsill Paint, Garden Paint, Fireplace Paint, Brick Coating and Brick Repair Filler where the product has been applied in the United Kingdom. It is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser, subject to the full Guarantee Terms & Conditions.

What does the guarantee cover?

For Stonelux paints and coatings, the guarantee covers cracking, peeling or blistering within the coating film where caused by a manufacturing defect.

For Brick Repair Filler, it covers loss of adhesion, cracking, crumbling or breakdown of the repair material where caused by a manufacturing defect.

Important information

The guarantee lasts for 10 years from the date of purchase, applies to the original purchaser and is valid where the product has been applied in the United Kingdom. Products must be used and applied in accordance with Stonelux application instructions.
